Western Regional OTB and Batavia Downs Casino are continuing their support of the FC Buffalo’s athletes, as the businesses have re-signed as corporate partners and the official providers of warm-up tops for our players, but perhaps even cooler they are offering some free fun for our fans on Friday, March 29.
“Beginning at 7 p.m. on March 29, our fans, as long as they are wearing somthing FC Buffalo, will be able to register at the desk of Batavia Downs for a $15 free play, as well as a special gift,” said FC Buffalo co-owner and financial director Ray Siminski (NEED SOME FCB GEAR? HEAD HERE). “Can’t release what the gift is, but for soccer fans it’s quite fitting.”
The FC Buffalo crest will again adorn the chest of the yellow game day warm-up shirts, which will be worn by all players before the game and by the bench players during the game. The Batavia Downs and WROTB logos will be on the back of the climate-fit tops.

As someone who grew up around harness racing, I couldn’t be more proud of our affiliation and look forward to its mutual benefits,” Siminski said.

“Batavia Downs is a standard bred racetrack owned and operated by Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation. Western OTB is a public benefit corporation in the State of New York.
Batavia Downs is the oldest lighted harness track in North America. Additionally, it is the first racetrack to be operated by an Off-Track Betting Corporation. Racetracks have operated OTBs but Batavia Downs is the first track to be run by an OTB.
