FC Buffalo is buzzing to partner with the International Institute of Buffalo and Algonquin Sports 4 Kids to host a used equipment drive at our Saturday home game to benefit immigrant and refugee families in the Western New York Community.
Fans coming to Saturday’s 7pm women’s game against Erie Commodores are encouraged to bring soccer balls, shin guards, and/or cleats/boots in working condition.
The club will also be welcoming families, volunteers, and staff from the International Institute as we celebrate the wonderful and diverse composition of our city.
The International Institute of Buffalo has operated for 100 years and its mission is to make Western New York a better place for, and because of, immigrants and refugees.
Algonquin Sports 4 Kids is a service organization that uses sports and mentorship to empower underserved youth throughout Western New York to become agents of change.
