FCB Support Station

A pretty terrific idea arose in a recent staff meeting of how to best involve our supporters in what we do: Why don’t we have a similar and regular meeting with our supporters?

Crazy, right? We are instituting a regular “FCB Support Station” meeting that we will move around the area in hopes of getting our club to you, to talk about big and small issues with the club and area soccer, and to also patronize local establishments (We’re calling it the FCB Support Station until you give us a better name at one of said meetings).

To get an idea for how many people are interested in such a thing, please email owner Nick Mendola, nick@fcbuffalo.org, to be added to a meeting list. We’ll let you know (usually) a week or two in advance where we’ll be meeting and when (If you’ve been at one of our occasional “Ask the Ownership” meetings over the years, you’ve got a basic idea of the concept).

We’re going to speak with fans at the “Halfway to Oktoberfest” party on Saturday and pick a night for our first meeting, which will almost certainly be at Mes Que, 1420 Hertel Avenue, in Buffalo.

In the mean time, won’t you weigh in on an item which would be prototypical “FCB Support Station” fodder, a batch of possible 2019 shirt designs?
