Head to the team store and get some blue and gold gear
Hello FC Buffalo fans! Time for a weekly update from Connor and me. As you probably know already, tonight is our last home game of the season!
It’s hard to believe that we still haven’t qualified for playoffs given our strong push at the end of the season, which has seen us undefeated in seven games and unbeaten on the road this season.
We play AFC Cleveland tonight and the level of this game is absolutely comparable to our “hate” Erie games. In our last meeting with Cleveland, there were 11 yellow cards with 7 in the first half as we were probably lucky to come away with just a 1-1 draw.

We expect a similar battle as last time given everything that’s on the line.
With that being said, tonight’s game against AFC Cleveland is the biggest game of the season so far, as we can secure a playoff berth. FC Buffalo hasn’t reached playoffs since 2013, so to win this game for the city and you as the fans would be something special.
On top of everything this came means, it will also be my last game in a FC Buffalo jersey. Preseason duties at college call.
I wanted us this blog as my post and give my thanks to the Buffalo community, FC Buffalo and their sponsors for giving me the opportunity and open-arm welcoming here. It’s been quite a journey while I’ve seen familiar faces from past teams, met some pretty neat people business-wise and have fostered some pretty good relationships with coaches, owners and guys on the team along the way.
It would be naive of me to say the accommodations and treatment in the city of Buffalo were not top-notch. I just hope that I can use my last moments here by showing just as much appreciation, giving back something that means so much to the fans and the city. Your support this season has been unrelenting and the team and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate it!
I want to personally go out with a bang tonight as this game is absolutely, 100 percent “For Our City.”
Please come out in force tonight at 7 p.m. as we look to push this city into playoffs!
Thanks for everything Buffalo!
Till next time…
