FC Buffalo head coach Brendan Murphy announced the addition of four players to the roster ahead of the NPSL’s roster freeze.

Standout Marist forward Cameron Harr and Evansville standout attacker Jared Robinson are headed to Buffalo, while locally-based midfielder Daniel Barrie and goalkeeper John Netter have also been added to the roster.

One in particular has been on the coaching staff’s radar for some time.

“All credit must go to Bob Roach for signing Cameron,” Murphy said. “He has had a long standing relationship with Marist coach Matt Viggiano and has been talking to him about Cameron since November. He will make an instant impact. Very excited to get him with the group.”

Daniel Barrie (Burscough Richmond / Ormskirk, England)

— Barrie moved to Buffalo from England this summer, and grew up as a part of the Liverpool academy before moving onto Wigan Athletic, where he played for their reserves. Since, he’s suited up for National Conference side Hyde United and Burscough Richmond. Barrie is eligible pending his international clearance.

Cameron Harr (Marist College / Morris Plains, New Jersey)

— 2015 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Co-Rookie of the Year, scoring eight goals after joining Coach Viggiano out of the New York Red Bulls Academy.

John Netter (Queenston FC / North Tonawanda, N.Y.)

— A big goalkeeper from the BDSL, Netter adds depth to a goalkeeping corps that is among the stingiest in the NPSL. This isn’t John’s first turn with the club, having played a half against GCC in a 2015 spring friendly.

Jared Robinson (University of Evansville / Powell, Ohio)

— A 6-foot-2 striker from the Columbus Crew Academy, Robinson twice made the Missouri Valley Conference Honor Roll and was All-Freshman MVC as well. He played 16 games as a holding midfielder for Marshall Ray’s Aces this season, and will join FCB in the coming days.
